The River Centre Day Delegate Rates:

Up to 180 delegates £44 (plus VAT)
181 to 300 £38 (plus VAT)
301+ £33 (plus VAT)

(prices available from 1/1/06) the package includes:-

  • dedicated event coordinator
  • room hire
  • free on site car parking
  • Tea, coffee and muffin, bacon roll, or Danish pastry on arrival
  • mid morning tea, coffee and biscuits
  • mid afternoon tea, coffee and biscuits
  • buffet lunch (selection A)
  • AV - assistance from technician throughout day,
  • integrated LCD data projectors
  • integrated PA system,
  • 2 radio or static mics
  • lectern

Half DDR available upon request

Individual room rates for smaller meetings and other equipment such as AV, lap top, projector and screen, flip chart/pens, TV/Video and lectern are chargeable and available upon request.
