When your guests arrive in the Foyer, they will be greeted by a large LCD screen with a welcome message of your choice. The Foyer holds up to 60 people standing, so it works well as a designated networking area. The Foyer is also large enough for you to include banners from sponsors or even some exhibition stands.
When delegates enter your Roadshow, you want them to feel an air of excitement. Our networked twin data projectors are available for both the Ground Floor and First Floor allowing you to create an impressive visual impact for your guests with our displays that are three metres wide by two metres high.
We want your Roadshow Delegates to be able to hear and see comfortably. We provide state-of-the-art AV equipment. Our Main Auditorium also has a mixing console to allow you to have professional sound and light displays. Don’t worry. Our technical experts can be on hand to run this equipment. We have a variety of microphone styles to suit the preferences of your speakers. Handheld, lapel, headset or table top microphones are all available.
To ensure that all delegates have an enjoyable experience, we provide complete disabled access, and assisted hearing is available throughout the building.
Available Spaces for Roadshows
It doesn’t matter how large or small your Roadshow will be. We will work with you to adapt the space to meet your needs. For smaller Roadshows, we can use our moveable walls to help make the spaces feel more intimate. You may also want to divide the Ground Floor into zones, or you may want to use the partitions to create meeting rooms for workshops.

Refreshments for your Kent Roadshow
We offer a range of refreshments to suit your budget. You can choose simple still and sparkling water, tea, coffee and biscuits, canapés or four diffferent buffet options.
We highly recommend our Garden of England menu range. We also offer refreshing Kentish fruit juices including apple and orange.
If your Roadshow is starting in the morning, impress your guests by providing breakfast. Bacon rolls are always popular, but we also offer continental or traditional English breakfast.
Afternoon tea with scones and cakes is always a welcome treat for Roadshow delegates, or for a bit of fun, you could give out branded sweets or have a cake or cupcakes with the Roadshow logo in icing.
