High-Tech Delegate and Exhibitor Experience
Welcome both exhibitors and delegates with a personalised message on our large LCD screen in the Foyer. There is also space to include event banners or banners for your exhibition sponsors.
Our exhibition space is open, adaptable and flooded with natural light. Your exhibitors will be thrilled to present their services in our modern high-tech exhibition venue. With Wi-Fi throughout the building and 50 data points on the Ground Floor, you and your exhibitors can creatively use technology for impressive displays.
The exhibition space is conveniently located on the ground floor, meaning your exhibitors avoid the tiresome wait at the lifts or awkward journey up and down stairs with bulky stand equipment.
Make a visual and auditory impact with our superb audio visual equipment. Get your message across with our networked data projectors on the Ground floor and First floor for impressive visual displays on screens that are three metres wide by two metres high.
To ensure that all delegates have an enjoyable experience, we provide complete disabled access, and assisted hearing is available throughout the building.
Available Spaces for Exhibitions
Our sturdy moveable walls allow you the flexibility to create zones for your exhibition.
Utilise our moveable walls to create a workshop space that seats up to 350 people. Our portable projector and PA system will allow you to enrich the delegates’ experience with engaging workshops or presentations.
For smaller exhibitions, partition any unused space to ensure delegates and exhibitors feel the event is buzzing with activity.
In addition to the exhibition space on the Ground Floor, we can also provide seating for 750 on the First Floor in the Main Auditorium.
Adjacent to the Main Auditorium is Meeting Room 3 which makes a perfect preparation area for Guest Speakers.
The Foyer area may also be used for additional exhibition stand space if required.
Delegate Capacity for Exhibitions in Kent
The Ground Floor exhibition space combines the Grand Meeting Room and the Breakout Rooms to create a massive 408 square metres of floor space for your exhibition or tradeshow.
The Foyer which is 165 square metres can also accommodate 60 people standing or 24 seated in Cabaret layout. Some of this floor space could be used for additional exhibition stands or a networking area.
The Main Auditorium on the First Floor is 504 square metres. It includes a stage and can hold 750 seats (Theatre), 150 seats (Boardroom), 350 (Classroom) or 350 (Cabaret.)
Meeting Room 3 on the First Floor, could either be used for a preparation room for Guest Speakers, or a workshop room for 25 seated delegates (Cabaret).

Exhibitors tend to find that talking to delegates is thirsty work. Upon request, we can provide still or sparkling water, tea, coffee and biscuits to your exhibitors and delegates to help keep everyone talking. We also proudly source a range of Kentish fruit juices.
Why not treat your exhibitors to lunch? We can partition an exhibitor only section where we can provide beverages and four different types of buffets to suit any budget. This includes our Garden of England menu range or you may prefer to offer our tempting canapés.
