Every effort has been made to ensure that The River Centre is fully accessible to all.
Lift access is available from street-level to the ground floor, from ground floor to first floor and in the Auditorium a lift is available up onto the platform.
Additionally, a non-slip loading ramp is available upon request to provide access from the car park to the ground floor for heavy goods or equipment.
Induction hearing loops are available in the Foyer area as well as in Meeting room 1 and 2 on the ground floor.
An Infrared assisted-hearing system is offered in the Main Auditorium, with headsets available for individuals that might be hard of hearing.
