Fresh Kentish Food
Kent is known as ‘The Garden of England’ because historically it is a place of natural abundance. Kent’s reputation as The Garden of England derives from the numerous orchards and hop fields; Kent proportionally grows more fruit than the rest of England. We try to incorporate our juicy, fresh, seasonal fruit into our menu.
Eggs are free range and cheeses chosen for their distinctive flavours.
To celebrate our Kentish heritage, we have named our menus, ‘The Medway’, ‘The Invicta’ and ‘The Castle’. Our caterers work hard to serve a little slice of Kent for all of our guests to savour and enjoy.
