On the ground floor, the integrated data projectors, with the portable PA system meets audio requirements for up to 250 people.
Both the integrated and portable PA systems may be used with different microphones to suit the needs of your speakers – from static lectern microphone, handheld radio, lapel or headset; for large board meetings, table top microphones are available.

We are able to provide a whole range of AV services for any size event, whether its for 5 people, or 500, you can rely on us to deliver the results that you desire.

We are able to provide a live recording of your event on CD; or for a more professional result, we can offer full 48-channel multi-track recording using Alesis HD24 optical recorders. Conference or Event in Kent for Delegates with Impaired Hearing
For those with impaired hearing The River Centre is able to provide assisted hearing in the Auditorium and induction hearing loops in meeting room 1, 2 and the Grand Meeting Rooms located on the ground floor.
